Nighteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which eight in the leading hotels in Cyprus and Greece (of which five in Coral Beach Hotel and Resorts, Pafos) managing different operational areas and gaining all round experience: from the Restaurants and Bars to Entertainment, Health and Beauty Spa, PR, Service, Operations, Arts & Events, having the opportunity to coordinate some of the biggest banqueting and cultural events and host highly seated personalities, including royal families, Cyprus and other presidents, prime ministers, ministers, politicians and diplomats; also celebrities from film, music, sports and arts, journalists etc…
For the last eleven years, driven by the passion for food and beverage operations, sharing the professional knowledge, experience, eye for detail, enthusiasm and love for industry with those in need, through consulting, “hands on” coaching, projects that included opening, organizing and revitalizing programs and creating adequate professional trainings for hotels, restaurants, clubs, cafes and other hospitality companies, establishing original brands, implanting the hospitality procedures, systems and standards in the organization, lecturing at the various seminars, courses, master classes and presentations on industry related themes.
Through all these years got specialized in training programs, strategy planning, service and event management, with a sharpened eye for brand identity and great achievements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Awarded for writing, the skill she uses in writing informative and influential articles from the industry, food and venue critics, working alongside the high quality graphic designers and photographers. Successful in creating advertisements, brochures, flyers, press releases, newsletters and other marketing tools to help companies keep themselves at the forefront of the industry.
